In this tutorial we will make sure our theme users will be able to easily manage the main menu in our WordPress theme. To do this, our navbar needs to support the Appearance -> Menu functionality that WordPress provides out-of-box. We will also use a Font Awesome icon for our logo until we setup the theme options.
This tutorial goes over how to add a social icons section in our theme options panel. Once the section is setup we display the social Font Awesome icons in the footer of our Bootstrap WordPress theme.
In this tutorial we will take the categories and comments code from the footer of each post and move it to the post meta section. This will make the individual posts look better and also give our visitors a couple more ways to interact with our theme in the post meta section. We will also add a couple more Font Awesome icons and write some CSS styles for these two new post meta items.
